Dr Direnzo and his staff were awesome! The front staff checked me in and were very friendly s d efficient. Within five minutes I was called back. Dr Direnzo and his assistant worked together really well making sure that I was comfortable me during my procedure. I would highly recommend them

Dr. Stabile was very personable. He was very attentive in listening to the problems I was having. He explained things well and took the time to make sure I understood. Seemed very interested in trying resolve my problems.

I never have had a root canal until today. I can say that I had some anxiety. However, under the care of Northeastern Ohio Endodontics and, specifically Dr. Capetillo, I would not be nervous at all if I ever need another one. The entire staff is supportive, knowledgeable and friendly. Dr. Capetillo thoroughly explained the procedure, answered all my questions, and completely put me at ease. The procedure went very well, with no pain. I haven't even needed any Tylenol or Advil afterwards. Kudos to Dr. Capetillo and the entire staff of Northeastern Ohio Endodontics.

I was referred by my dentist for a suspected nerve damage issue and possible root canal. I was originally disappointed by the 3 week wait time to get an appointment because I was in discomfort, but they were awesome to call with a cancellation that cut that time in half. Dr. Capetillo was exceptional. Attentive, efficient, and did not recommend doing anything at this time because I felt fine and he found no issues. He could have simply said we need a root canal at great expense to me, but he was looking out for me. The staff is friendly, caring, efficient ... the schedulers remember who you are and worked around a jury duty issue with me to make sure I did not lose my place in the schedule. I was impressed and highly recommend them!

Fantastic experience. Dr. DiRenzo was excellent. He asked often throughout the procedure if I was ok. Root Canals can be scary. This was not. Entirely painless. I couldn’t speak more highly of the office and the staff.
